We are looking for a Non-Technical Project Manager to support the coordination and delivery of active workstreams within a Customer Operations transformation roadmap. This on-site role will work closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams supporting technology and AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple project workstreams
- Track project milestones, deliverables, issues, risks, and action items
- Escalate risks and delays and drive open items toward resolution
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and next steps
- Prepare status decks, trackers, reports, and leadership updates
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders
- Gather stakeholder input and ensure information is accurately reflected in project tracking
- Maintain project governance routines, dashboards, and status reporting
Requirements
- Based in or able to work on-site in Stamford, Connecticut
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project support
- Strong coordination skills across business, technology, and operations teams
- Experience with issue tracking, risk identification, and escalation management
- Experience maintaining meeting cadences, dashboards, and status reports
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and proactive approach
- Clear and concise communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and timelines
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI-driven or AI-related projects
- Experience documenting high-level requirements, workflows, or process flows
