We are seeking a highly organized and proactive National Accounts Project Manager to join our Service Operations team. In this role, you will be the main interface connecting National Account Sales, Order Management, regional branches, and our valued clients. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth transitions from sales to service, overseeing installations, and resolving on-site challenges to deliver exceptional operational execution.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Smooth Transitions: Coordinate the transition from sales to service by assessing project requirements, facility preparedness, and contractual agreements to establish clear implementation and commissioning timelines.
  • Manage Installations: Coordinate installation and commissioning phases by aligning schedules with internal teams, third-party contractors, and site contacts.
  • Monitor & Report: Maintain comprehensive project records and deliver real-time operational feedback and status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Solve Problems: Serve as the primary point of escalation for job-site conflicts, missing equipment, or scheduling issues.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Facilitate seamless communication across departments to ensure on-time start-up and commissioning completion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in project management or coordination within industrial equipment, field service, or technical account management.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; a college degree in engineering, business administration, or project management is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and phone skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Workspace. SAP experience is highly preferred.
  • Work Requirements: Physical attendance at the worksite is required. Familiarity with quality and environmental system procedures is expected.

This is a salary position, with an annual range of $65,000-$85,000, to commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a roof top cafe, an on-site exercise facility, free exercise classes and a health and wellness program.
