DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Senior Project Manager based in Charlotte, NC to manage construction projects, subcontractors, and project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
  • Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding,

performance management, and retention

  • Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field

staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project

  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
  • Responsible for financial success of projects
  • Additional company projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
  • Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
