Briefly Describe the Work
Global InfoTek, Inc. is recruiting an Offensive Cyber Tool Developer to design, build, and test low-level exploits, custom software implants, and specialized cyber capabilities. You will perform reverse engineering using Ghidra and IDA Pro, develop kernel and user-mode tools across Windows and Linux platforms, and build mission-aligned software capabilities for tactical adversary emulation and live exercise operations.
Required Skills
- Advanced development skills in C, C++, Rust, and Python for low-level systems programming.
- Hands-on experience in reverse engineering binaries and firmware using Ghidra, IDA Pro, or LLDB.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux kernel internals, API hooking, process injection, and memory management.
- Demonstrated experience building custom implants, multi-stage payloads, or low-level exploit POCs.
- Proficiency with Assembly language (x86/x64, ARM) and debugging frameworks.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM tool developer standards, battle-rostering, or 90COS delivery models.
- Experience embedding static/dynamic code analysis, SBOM tracking, and anti-attribution checks in CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of non-traditional TTP capability development for firmware or embedded platforms.
Relevant Certifications
OSCP, OSCE, OSED, GXPN, or relevant specialized offensive cyber capability development credentials
