About the tasks :
• Data Analytics & Benchmarking
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze project, estimating, and scheduling data.
- Develop and maintain benchmarking databases for cost, productivity, engineering hours, and project performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, correlations, and improvement opportunities.
• Generate insights to support estimating accuracy and planning efficiency.
- AI & Digital Solutions Development
- Develop AI-powered applications, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for Planning and Estimating functions.
- Support the implementation of machine learning and generative AI solutions for forecasting, estimating, and scheduling activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and convert them into digital solutions.
- Planning & Scheduling Tools
- Develop scheduling analytics tools and AI-assisted planning applications.
- Support the enhancement of schedule generation, optimization, and performance monitoring solutions.
• Analyze planning benchmarks and historical project data to improve schedule development methodologies.
- Business Intelligence & Dashboards
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization platforms.
- Automate reporting processes and KPI monitoring.
• Provide management with actionable insights through data visualization and analytical reporting.
- Database Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance estimating and benchmarking databases.
- Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and accessibility.
- Support the setup of centralized repositories for project historical data.
- Continuous Improvement
- Support the department's digital transformation roadmap.
- Research emerging technologies in AI, analytics, and automation.
- Promote data-driven decision-making within the Planning & Estimating community.
About the profile:
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong relevant project experience may be considered.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience
- Experience in data analysis, software development, automation, or business intelligence.
- Exposure to project controls, planning, estimating, or engineering environments is an advantage.
- Experience developing dashboards, databases, or analytical applications is desirable.
- Technical Skills
- Python programming.
- SQL and database development.
- Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools.
- Data visualization and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms is an advantage.
