About the Role

As Technical Architect (Salesforce Health Cloud), you'll help shape the technical architecture behind complex healthcare solutions built on Salesforce in this initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Bringing together Salesforce architecture and healthcare domain experience, you'll lead architecture and design decisions and provide the direction that guides developers and delivery teams to create scalable, secure, integrated and maintainable solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the architecture and high-level design of complex Salesforce solutions within a healthcare environment.
  • Making clear architecture decisions and defining solution patterns across configuration, automation, custom development, Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
  • Designing scalable, secure and maintainable solutions, including data models and integrations with external platforms using APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
  • Establishing reusable technical patterns and guiding development and release practices across Salesforce DX, packaging, source control, automated deployment and CI/CD.
  • Reviewing technical designs and code, resolving complex platform, integration and performance challenges, and providing technical direction to developers and delivery teams.

About You

  • Architecture experience within healthcare and/or Salesforce Health Cloud, with a strong understanding of how Salesforce solutions operate in complex healthcare environments.
  • A technically hands-on approach, with the confidence to get into the detail, make architecture decisions and provide clear technical direction.
  • Deep Salesforce technical knowledge across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, data, security and integrations.
  • Experience reviewing technical designs and code and working through complex platform, integration and performance challenges with developers and delivery teams.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, FHIR, HL7 or Snowflake would be valuable, along with relevant Salesforce architecture or Health Cloud certifications.
