Responsibilities
This role will focus on ongoing client relationships, managing a portfolio of web retainer accounts. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in digital project management and can:

- Develop strong, long-term client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep website development engagements on time and on budget.
- Define project scope and requirements by collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop user flows, functional requirements, and detailed Teamwork tickets to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Work with leadership to refine and enhance project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to integrate creative and technical solutions that meet client goals.
- Support business growth by evaluating new business opportunities, assisting with proposals, and identifying ways to expand client partnerships.
- Represent Interactive Strategies in industry events and networking opportunities to stay ahead of emerging trends in web development and digital marketing.

What You Bring to the Table
We value the impact you can make over the number of years on your resume, but here’s what would make you a strong candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress.
- Proficiency in Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project management tools for creating schedules, budgets, status reports, and workflow tracking.
- Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service.
