As the Senior Product Designer, Growth, you will be responsible for shaping high-impact digital customer experiences across multiple consumer brands. You will bring strong product judgment, customer journey thinking, and visual and interaction design expertise to identify opportunities, solve complex customer problems, and create intuitive, trustworthy, and commercially effective experiences. The role requires a hands-on approach, from understanding customer needs and defining design direction to delivering polished experiences and using evidence and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities: · · Own and execute hands-on product design initiatives, from problem definition and design hypotheses through flows, prototypes, implementation, launch, and iteration across desktop and mobile
· Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into clear, intuitive, and production-ready experiences using strong UX, interaction, visual design, and information architecture principles
· Proactively understand customer needs, behaviors, motivations, and friction through customer interviews, research, customer feedback, reviews, usability testing, session recordings, heatmaps, funnel data, and competitor analysis
· Distinguish observed behavior from interpretation, consider alternative explanations, and identify the highest-impact opportunities within the customer journey
· Apply consumer psychology and conversion principles to reduce friction, clarify value, strengthen trust, and improve customer outcomes
· Develop evidence-based design recommendations and clearly communicate the rationale, trade-offs, expected impact, and measures of success
· Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and data teams to shape priorities, contribute to experiments, and use results to inform design decisions
· Protect customer trust and autonomy by balancing conversion and business goals with clarity, customer confidence, and long-term experience
· Stay involved through implementation by reviewing builds, responsive behavior, and edge cases, and working with Engineering to ensure the final experience meets the design standard
· Maintain and improve reusable components, patterns, and design-system practices to support consistency and efficiency
· Prioritize design opportunities based on customer impact, business value, effort, urgency, and strategic importance
· Use AI and emerging tools to improve research, design exploration, prototyping, documentation, and production workflows while validating outputs and applying appropriate human judgment
· Must-have Skills / Qualification:
· 5+ years of hands-on Product Design experience, with flexibility for candidates with slightly less experience who demonstrate strong product judgment, ownership, craft, and impact
· Strong end-to-end product ownership, from problem definition and customer journey mapping through design, implementation, QA, launch, and iteration
· Strong portfolio with at least one end-to-end case study demonstrating problem identification, design decisions, implementation or release, and outcomes or learning
· Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills across responsive web and/or mobile experiences, with excellent attention to detail
· Hands-on consumer product experience, particularly with customer-facing digital products and complex customer journeys
· Evidence-based design decision-making, using customer interviews, research, feedback, and/or product or funnel data to inform design decisions
· Strong product judgment and proactive problem-solving, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and recommend what should be done and why
· Growth and conversion awareness, with an understanding of customer behavior, friction, trust, cognitive load, and how design influences customer outcomes
· Experience contributing to experimentation or testing, such as A/B tests or other product experiments
· Advanced proficiency in Figma or comparable product design and prototyping tools, including components and design systems
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale, make recommendations, and influence cross-functional teams
· Experience collaborating directly with Engineering, including implementation reviews and design QA.
· Strong written and spoken English
· Practical AI fluency, with experience using AI tools to improve research, design exploration, prototyping, documentation, or production workflows, including the ability to validate AI-generated outputs and apply human judgment where accuracy, customer understanding, design quality, or product decisions are involved
