Join us as a Cooling Tech Sales Engineer that transform how customers manage energy and performance. You'll partner with sales and technical teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that address complex business challenges in the energy transition and digital transformation.

What will you do?

  • Lead the technical design and presales activities for Data Center Cooling Solutions, including Air Cooling and Liquid Cooling applications.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop optimized cooling system architectures, capacity sizing, and technical solution proposals.
  • Support customer engagements, technical presentations, RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, and tender submissions in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Coordinate with global factories and engineering teams to manage technical clarifications, project requirements, manufacturing status, and solution feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and certification requirements, including ASHRAE, KC, CE, and other applicable regulations.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

  • Industry Experience - Experience in Data Center Cooling, HVAC, Thermal Management, or related industries.
  • Cooling Technology Knowledge - Understanding of cooling technologies such as Chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDU, and Liquid Cooling Systems.
  • Analytical Problem Solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across customers, partners, and internal organizations.
  • Collaboration Skill - Ability to work in English and collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • At least 5 yrs experiences in Data Center or Mission Critical Facility projects.
  • Knowledge of Liquid Cooling Systems, Chilled Water Systems, and Hydronic Design.
  • Experience in technical proposal development and tender management.
  • Experience supporting AI Data Center projects.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and other data center design standards.
