You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication from initial marketing engagement through to service delivery and deal closure. Discussion & Needs Analysis: Lead in-depth business discussions with clients to identify pain points, pitch relevant products/services, and align company offerings with customer expectations. Quotation Generation & Management: Prepare, review, and dispatch accurate, competitive commercial proposals and quotations tailored to specific client requirements in a timely manner. Systematic Follow-ups: Execute a rigorous pipeline follow-up strategy via calls, emails, and meetings to track quotation statuses, address objections, negotiate terms, and successfully convert leads into closed deals. Sales & Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to share on-ground customer insights, support promotional campaigns, and identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities. Service Coordination: Coordinate closely with the after-sales and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional post-purchase support. Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database, accurately tracking all customer visits, discussion notes, quotation milestones, and projected revenue forecasts. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 2 to 5 years) in B2B sales, technical sales, key account management, or business development. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
