Full description
LevelBlue reduces risk and builds lasting resilience so organizations can innovate and advance their mission with confidence. As the world’s most analyst-recognized and largest pure-play managed security services provider, LevelBlue elevates client outcomes that matter: stronger defense, faster response, and sustained business continuity. LevelBlue combines AI-powered security operations, advanced threat intelligence, and elite human expertise to provide the most comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory, managed security, offensive security, and incident response services.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of the AI SOC platform that powers our Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR), managed network security, and managed cloud security services. This role is about scale: building AI- and automation-first detection, triage, and response capabilities that absorb growing alert and workload volumes without linear analyst headcount, and making the platform extensible — so new distribution channel partners, MSSPs, and MSPs can onboard quickly and consume our detections, cases, and response actions through well-documented APIs. Scope spans endpoint, network, and cloud — firewall and NDR-driven network defense and cloud posture, workload, and identity security — packaged so MSSPs can operate them multi-tenant, at estate scale, under their own brand. You'll be equally comfortable in the architecture review and in front of a customer or partner executive, presenting the strategy, roadmap, and business case.
What You'll Do
- Own and evangelize the roadmap for the AI SOC platform underpinning MDR/MXDR — AI-assisted triage, alert correlation and deduplication, automated investigation, and orchestrated response
- Target workload volume as the primary product outcome: drive down analyst touches per alert, false-positive rates, and manual investigation steps through automation and agentic workflows
- Define the platform's extensibility model — multi-tenancy, tenant hierarchy, role-based access, white-labeling, and partner-facing configuration — so new distribution channel partners can be onboarded repeatably
- Own the partner and customer API surface (detections, cases, telemetry ingestion, response actions, reporting/billing), including versioning, rate limits, documentation, and developer experience
- Build the integration and data-source roadmap across EDR, identity, cloud, email, and network telemetry, prioritizing coverage that partners and customers ask for most
- Own the managed network security roadmap — firewall and IPS policy management, NDR, secure service edge/SASE, and network telemetry-driven detections delivered at MSSP scale
- Own the managed cloud security roadmap — CSPM/CNAPP posture management, cloud workload and container protection, cloud identity and entitlement monitoring, and multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) detection coverage
- Package network and cloud security for MSSP delivery — multi-tenant policy management, bulk device and account onboarding, co-managed and partner-operated models, and estate-wide change/compliance reporting
- Present the strategy, roadmap, and benefits to sales teams, customers, and external partners — QBRs, advisory boards, partner enablement sessions, analyst briefings, and deal-critical escalations
- Maintain a deep view of the MSS/MDR/MXDR competitive landscape (MSSPs, EDR-led MDR, SIEM and hyperscaler SOC platforms, emerging AI SOC entrants) and sharpen our differentiators in positioning and pricing
- Own AI governance and trust requirements for the platform — model transparency, analyst-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and data residency/handling commitments
- Own commercial success metrics — automation rate, cost-to-serve per tenant, partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, adoption, and retention — and build the business case for new capabilities
What You'll Deliver
- AI SOC platform roadmap with quarterly updates, including automation and workload-reduction targets
- Partner onboarding and channel enablement kit — reference architecture, API documentation, sandbox access, and integration certification criteria
- Public and partner API specifications, versioning policy, and developer documentation
- Customer- and partner-ready strategy and roadmap narratives, demos, and benefit/ROI models
- Competitive battlecards and differentiation positioning for the MSS/MDR/MXDR market
- Business cases, service packaging, and pricing/cost models for platform and channel offerings
- Managed network and cloud security service definitions, MSSP-ready packaging, and supported-technology matrix
- Product requirement and service description documents
- Measurable progress against automation rate, cost-to-serve, MTTD/MTTR, adoption, retention, and partner revenue KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of product management experience in MSS/MSSP, MDR/MXDR, EDR, SIEM, or SOC automation (SOAR / AI SOC) products
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML- or automation-driven capabilities and measuring their impact on analyst workload and cost-to-serve
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
