We are looking for a Product Management Analyst to support the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Management, and Software Development teams to gather and analyze requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and product management capabilities with technical knowledge, including experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, APIs, SQL Server, and API testing tools. The role requires the ability to collaborate with distributed development teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria, user personas, functional requirements, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple platform initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Work directly with onshore, nearshore, and offshore development teams to support successful project execution.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, organizing requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
  • Support platform adoption by providing clear documentation and functional guidance.
  • Use knowledge of API development and SQL Server to support technical platform initiatives.
  • Use API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno to understand and validate integrations and platform functionality.
  • Read and understand C# code when necessary to support requirement analysis and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product delivery processes and platform capabilities.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requisitos

  • Experience working as a Product Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar technology-focused role.
  • Strong experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and NFRs.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
  • Solid understanding of API development and integrations.
  • Experience working with SQL Server.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to read and understand C# code to effectively collaborate with development teams.
  • Experience creating technical and end-user documentation.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed development teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and collaboration between Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
