About the Role: You will lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Modernization project This high-profile engagement will transition the agency’s decade-old Microsoft Dynamics CRM to a modernized, secure Microsoft Power Platform architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the project lifecycle across all three major phases (CRM System Conversion, Modernization Enhancements, and External System Integrations), ensuring all 8 primary deliverables are met on time.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the vendor team and the State of Florida EOG/OCIG stakeholders. Lead the initial Project Kickoff and submit detailed action plans.
- Financial & Schedule Control: Oversee a strict firm fixed-price, deliverable-based budget capped at $692,885.00, and ensure all milestones align with the August 2026 to June 2027 timeline.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate a cross-functional project team of 8 roles (spanning Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts) executing approximately 4,400 billable hours.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables meet the strict Acceptance Criteria and comply with state data handling regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise IT modernization projects, specifically involving Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong background in leading firm fixed-price, deliverable-based government engagements.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and risk-management skills.
Required Certifications:
- An active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required.
