Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. At the same time, we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. Your Tasks

• You develop the individual potential and strengths of your employees and actively support them in achieving their career goals.- You search and find the right candidates to successfully enable the growth of STACKIT.

• You are responsible for the overall architecture, delivery, reliability, and operations of our Platform Services offerings, ensuring strong system designs and continuous operational excellence.

• You know your way around code - can conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap.

Your Profile

• You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• You have a proven track record in designing, scaling, and operating core cloud platform services with a focus on developer experience and reliability.

• A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.

• You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
