Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking to add a Survey Project Manager to their Chicago office. You will be part of a great culture and team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide team leadership and supervise staff
  • Assist with business development for new and

existing clients

  • Develop budgets/proposals
  • Track costs/project budgets
  • Manage multiple large projects simultaneously
  • Plat creation, boundary calculations, and

oversight

  • Research public records (at recorders

office/online)

Requirements:

  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
  • 8+ years of land surveyor experience working in

Illinois

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and

Trimble Business Center

  • Ability to operate Trimble robotic total

station and Trimble GPS equipment

Salary is commensurate with experience.
