The Role
We are looking for a core Product Manager to own and drive key product initiatives at HyperGuest. This is a holistic product role focused on expanding our business value, network features, and user capabilities. Considering that HyperGuest lives in a complex, multi-party ecosystem connected to hundreds of third-party systems, you must be thoroughly comfortable operating in an API-centric environment. You will lead cross-functional product strategy, balancing core product growth with a deep understanding of how third-party data flows impact end-user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from vision through execution, defining features that unlock commercial value and drive network growth.
- Requirements & R&D Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D to define detailed requirements specifications, user stories, logic flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ecosystem-Aware Discovery: Translate user and business needs into functional product designs, factoring in how third-party API dependencies, non-standard data schemas, and latency impact product behaviour.
- Feature Optimization: Analyze platform performance, user adoption, and transaction flows to identify product friction points and iterate continuously.
Requirements
- Core Product Track Record: 4+ years of PM experience delivering impactful B2B platforms, SaaS products, or multi-sided marketplaces.
- R&D & Specification Expertise: Proven experience collaborating closely with R&D teams to write detailed requirements specifications and hands-on participation across the full development lifecycle.
- API-Centric System Comfort: Strong mental model of how API-driven ecosystems function, enabling you to collaborate effortlessly with engineers on architectural trade-offs.
- Complex Workflow Mastery: Exceptional talent for breaking down intricate multi-party business logic into intuitive, scalable product features.
- Domain Context (Plus): Background in travel tech, hospitality systems, fintech platforms, or transaction-heavy networks.
