Requirements

Requires a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of experience in project management. Candidates must have extensive expertise in multi-storied building projects and regulatory documentation standards.

Job Requirements:

Location: Mumbai

Expertise in- large scale IT Park/ITES building, Office building construction projects end to end commercial projects.

Preference shall be given to candidates who have handled multi-storied building projects of PEB structure/composite structures/PT structures.

He needs to be well conversant with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India - CAG) guidelines related to documentation, procurement etc.

Hands on experience from conception to completion (C2C).

Expert in Architect selection, GC VENDOR Selection, Tender management, Bid Management, construction & handover.

Requirements

Experience- Minimum 20 years in Project Management

Qualification- B.E. / B.Tech. Civil
