  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership.
  • Provide technical mentorship and share standard methodologies with other analysts while contributing to consistent analytical standards across the team.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists on measurement, experimentation, and modeling projects by offering solid analytical and data foundations.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious and seasoned Senior Data Analyst with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. You should have:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.

  • Realistic and dedicated to identifying ways forward.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and reliability.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast paced business environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to challenge constructively and build trust with technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Willingness to assist in the technical growth of other analysts and help maintain high analytical standards throughout the team.
