Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in K-12 construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from pre construction through closeout and must be capable of independently managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate brings years of commercial construction experience, understands the complexities of educational facility projects, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality, communication, and leadership are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage K-12 construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and leadership
  • Resolve project issues proactively and efficiently

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing K-12 or educational construction projects
  • Proven ability to independently run large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with public sector or educational projects preferred
  • Proficient with construction management software and project documentation
