Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a key role in driving the financial strategy and success of complex projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Legal, Operational Excellence), provide financial insights to optimize performance, and ensure compliance with international financial standards and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
• Participating in the overall Project Management process jointly with the Project Manager,
• Acting as the main partner for the financial strategy success of the project, optimizing financial aspects such as organization, tax, hedging, and financing ,
• Providing finance advice and tutoring to the project team while enriching integration within the organization ,
• Ensuring compliance with finance rules during project review preparation and throughout project execution,
• Controlling the financial performance of the project and proposing action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile,
• Raising "Early Warnings" when necessary to increase management attention to financial risks ,
• Adding insight and accuracy to project financial information, including improving forecasts for revenue, cash, and cost. ,
• Supporting the Project Manager in risks and opportunities processes and signing off on contingencies/committed savings,
• Partnering with the Project Manager and Contract Manager in contract and claim management, focusing on finance topics and risk profiles ,
• Coaching Junior Finance Project Managers to develop the necessary skills to manage projects with low or no criticality.

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution. ,
• Experience or understanding of financial project management, including cash flow optimization, risk mitigation, and cost analysis ,
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial governance frameworks. ,
• Familiarity with financial tools such as MS Excel and data analysis software ,
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills,
• Ability to provide actionable insights through data interpretation. ,
• Adaptability to complex and dynamic project environments. ,
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Danish and English.
