Position Summary The Vensure Innovation Project Manager will oversee the project management and business analytics component of key change initiatives across the enterprise. The Project Manager successfully facilitates coordination and completion of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Align project sponsors and stakeholders on project objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline through a standardized project framing exercise Facilitate project stakeholder identification and subsequent engagement activities to ensure that all the right people are involved and informed Guide and coach the project team in following Agile SDLC practices Develop and maintain project plans using Smartsheet with discreet tasks, assigned owners, due dates, and appropriate dependencies; work with relevant subject matter experts to ensure project plan will achieve project frame objectives Communicate tasks with owners and gain buy-in to ownership and due date; utilize change control as necessary Utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Smartsheet and other relevant tools for project communication, integration and collaboration Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with multi-department resources and steer consensus; identify the implication of emerging needs, changes in scope and decisions needed by senior management Act as a communication liaison between project teams and senior management for project status updates, issue escalations and key decision points Track and mitigate RAID items, remove obstacles and escalate as necessary to maintain positive project progress Build tools to assist with day-to-day Project Management via AI coding applications Other duties as assigned

Desired Knowledge and Abilities Experience with MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or other project scheduling tools Experience with Project Management in an Agile-Scrum SDLC environment Experience with AI to augment and enhance daily activities Ability to learn new technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works well in teams and is an active listener Strong organizational skills including meeting facilitation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to facilitate consensus even when the topic is not an area of personal subject matter expertise Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders Strong sense of personal accountability in maintaining project progress per priorities; selfstarter Demonstrate patience and courteous behavior Qualifications Project management experience; PMP preferred Scrum Master experience; Certified Scrum Master preferred 7+ years corporate experience 3+ years project management experience Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
