The Product Manager will own the accessories and audio portfolio, defining category strategy and managing OEM relationships to drive growth. They are responsible for pricing, margin control, sales enablement, and analyzing business performance through regular reporting.

Full description
1. Product & Portfolio Management
- Own the Accessories & Audio portfolio (Headsets, Back Packs, keyboards/mice, docking stations, Privacy Filters, Power Banks etc.)
- Define category strategy by segment: Enterprise, SMB, EPP,BFSI
- Identify white spaces, new SKUs, and OEM onboarding opportunities
- Manage product rationalization (slow movers, margin dilution, EOL planning)
2. OEM & Vendor Management
- Act as primary interface with OEMs (Logitech, Jabra, Poly, Belkin, Targus,Tekne ,etc.)
- Drive commercials, rebates, MDF, special pricing & deal registrations
- Align on quarterly targets, GTM plans, and launches
- Negotiate cost, margin protection, and supply assurance
3. Pricing, Margin & Profitability Ownership
- Own pricing framework (street price, bid price, special pricing)
- Ensure target BL % across products and regions
- Control discount leakage and approve non-standard pricing
- Track OEM incentives, backend rebates & claim closures
4. Sales Enablement & GTM
- Enable sales with battle cards, positioning, use-cases, and solution plays
- Build bundles with End-points, Enterprise & AV offerings, services
- Support large enterprise bids, RFPs, and strategic deals
- Train internal sales, presales & partner teams regularly
5. Channel & Distribution Planning
- Work with distributors on stock planning, aging control & forecast
- Define regional SKU mix and fast-moving portfolio
- Ensure availability for large deal closures & Q-end pushes
- Monitor sell-in vs sell-out performance
6. Demand Generation & Marketing
- Co-create campaigns, promos, vertical plays & OEM days
- Drive pipeline creation, not just order fulfilment
- Track ROI on MDF & marketing spends
- Support field events, roadshows, and partner activations
7. Business Review & Analytics
- Own weekly/monthly dashboards: TL, BL, margin, SKU performance
- Region-wise and account-wise profitability analysis
- Provide action plans for gap closure vs targets
- Present QBRs to leadership & OEMs
