We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Product Manager

In this role you will:

  • Product strategy & vision – Define the product vision for digital platform journeys, ensuring alignment with customer demands, regulatory guidelines, and key business objectives. Articulate clear product roadmaps that balances customer needs, technical feasibility, and simplicity as a core principle.
  • Product delivery – Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI design, mobile and secure access platform, digital commercialization, 2LoD, etc.) to design, build, and launch digital journeys with customer centricity in mind while adhering to regulatory and security standards.
  • Agile leadership – Continuously assess and reprioritize backlogs based on evolving customer needs, prioritizing maximum business value. Assess trade-offs quickly and make swift, informed decisions to ensure development teams act on right priorities at all times.
  • Performance monitoring – Track key performance metrics of digital journeys (user adoption, engagement, retention, revenue growth, etc.) through data analytics, surveys, and customer feedback to uncover painpoints and identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
  • Understanding market trends – Stay up to date with the market landscape, emerging technologies and business models to ensure the HK digital proposition remains competitive. Seek out potential opportunities to deliver better customer experience, drive operational efficiencies and generate cost savings.

To be successful you will need:

  • Solid product management experience, particuarly with digital channels
  • Experience with mobile banking would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a shared version
  • Able to navigate through ambiguity by proactively seeking clarity, making informed decisions and adapting strategies in order to achieve objectives
  • Demonstrates accountability by proactively driving tasks to completion and ensuring outcomes are delivered with minimal oversight
  • Able to apply innovative thinking and outside-the-box approaches independently to overcome challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to validate and refine product decisions.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a passion for creating intuitive designs focused on simplicity
  • Exhibits high levels of perseverance and self-motivation
  • Exceptional at time management and prioritisation of tasks
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese
