The Vice President (CL6) is accountable for the strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of end-to-end Private Markets and Fund Administration services covering NAV Oversight, Fund Accounting, Valuations, Investor Operations, Capital Activity Management, Financial Reporting, Debt Operations, and Regulatory Compliance across complex private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and alternative investment structures. The role provides executive leadership for client engagement, drives operating model transformation, ensures regulatory and fiduciary compliance, and leads global delivery organizations supporting institutional investors and fund managers with the client. The leadership expectations align with senior operational oversight responsibilities observed in Accenture s Capital Markets and Private Markets functions. What are we looking for? • 18+ years of experience across Private Markets Operations, Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, Fund Accounting, Investor Services, or Alternative Investments.
- Deep expertise in managing multi-geography delivery organizations and complex institutional client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale outsourcing, managed services, BOT, or transformation engagements in Capital Markets and Private Markets operations. The organizational scope and executive leadership expectations are consistent with Private Markets operating models and fund administration functions.
- 8+ years of experience in managing large teams, client delivery, operations governance, process controls, and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior experience in managing 100+ FTEs or multiple sub-processes across global delivery models will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA Finance /Bachelor of Commerce with preference for Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- CFA Charter holder / CFA Level II+ preferred for valuation, portfolio reporting, and investment-focused roles.
- ICWA/CMA qualification may be considered for select fund accounting and operational accounting roles.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Domain ResponsibilitiesFund Operations, Valuation & Governance• Provide strategic oversight of Fund Accounting, NAV production, Partnership Accounting, and Investor Capital Accounting across complex investment structures.• Govern valuation frameworks, fair value methodologies, NAV controls, and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, ASC 820, IFRS 13, ILPA, and IPEV standards.• Review portfolio valuation governance, valuation committees, model validation, and reporting consistency across Level 1, 2, and 3 assets.• Ensure governance model exists to oversee capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, investor allocations, LP accounting, and investor reporting functions.• Ensure process & team compliance to Direct treasury, liquidity, debt accounting, credit facilities, covenant monitoring, and financing governance activities.• Ensure review and delivery of high-quality financial statements, regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and financial controls.• Drive enterprise-wide risk management, operational controls, reconciliations, compliance, and governance frameworks.• Lead automation, AI-enabled operations, process transformation, and scalable delivery models to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.• Provide executive leadership for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation initiatives across fund operations.
