Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to support, configure, and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Salesforce, managing users, customizing workflows, and ensuring data quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to improve Salesforce adoption and efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Support business processes by translating requirements into Salesforce configurations
  • Monitor system health, data quality, and user activity
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
  • Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, and deployments
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve CRM functionality
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and data model
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (flows, workflows, validation rules, page layouts)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
  • Experience with data import/export tools and data cleansing
  • Working knowledge of SQL or database concepts is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a plus
