You will champion customer insights, drive go-to-market strategy, and sharpen our market differentiation. This role calls for a strategic mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to position our solutions within the competitive landscape, including how our unified platform gives asset owners a consolidated view of their portfolios across the front, middle, and back office.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Ensure messaging highlights our differentiation and aligns with Clearwater’s unified platform strategy and long-term vision.
  • Translate platform capabilities, such as total portfolio aggregation, risk and performance analytics, and reporting across public and private holdings, into clear narratives for asset owner stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on the asset owner landscape, including allocation trends, governance and reporting demands, private markets growth, and competitive dynamics.
  • Turn insights into actionable strategies for positioning, enablement, and campaign planning.
  • Share findings with internal stakeholders to influence marketing, sales, and product strategy.

Customer-Centric Strategy

  • Partner with customer success, sales, and product teams to build a deep understanding of asset owner needs, pain points, and workflows, from investment oversight to board and stakeholder reporting.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to shape marketing strategy, inform messaging, and influence product priorities.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies and campaigns targeting asset owner segments and key buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to create high-impact materials that build awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and resources to position and sell effectively to asset owners.
  • Create product collateral, presentations, objection-handling guides, and enablement materials tailored to asset owner conversations.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with 4 days per week in the office. Fridays are work-from-home days. Occasional travel is expected for customer events, conferences, and team meetings.
