Full description

TryHackMe is the fastest-growing online cyber security training platform. Our mission is to make learning and teaching cyber security easier by providing gamified security exercises and challenges. Having only been around for handful of years, we've grown to more than 8+ million community members and our growth isn't slowing down! 🥷

About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our B2B Product squad, helping shape the future of how organisations discover, evaluate and adopt TryHackMe.

This is a growth-focused product role sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You'll own initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition, improve activation and conversion, increase retention, and unlock new monetisation opportunities across our B2B offering.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, validate ideas quickly and ship experiments that create measurable business impact. Whether it's improving self-serve conversion, enabling enterprise buyers, building internal tooling for commercial teams, or optimising onboarding journeys, you'll use data and customer insight to make decisions and continuously improve the product.

Success in this role comes from curiosity, experimentation and a bias for action. You'll be comfortable testing ideas, learning from failures and iterating quickly to drive meaningful growth.

What you'll do

  • Own product initiatives across the B2B growth funnel, from acquisition through to expansion and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities using quantitative data, customer research, sales feedback and market insights.
  • Design, prioritise and execute high-impact experiments, measuring outcomes and sharing learnings across the business.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to improve website conversion, campaign landing pages and lead generation experiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to build product capabilities that remove friction from the buying journey and improve customer adoption.
  • Develop features and internal tooling that help commercial teams scale more effectively.
  • Define success metrics, analyse experiment performance and use data to inform future roadmap decisions.
  • Balance customer needs, technical constraints and commercial objectives when making product decisions.
  • Work with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or software business.
  • Experience owning product initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales.
  • Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
  • Experience designing, running and analysing product experiments and A/B tests.
  • Strong understanding of product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar platforms.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity and commercial impact.
  • Experience writing clear product requirements and managing features from discovery through delivery.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias towards experimentation and iteration.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) or self-serve SaaS products.
  • Experience building products that support Sales, Marketing or Customer Success teams.
  • Experience improving conversion across marketing websites, onboarding flows or trial experiences.
  • Experience working on pricing, packaging or monetisation initiatives.
  • Experience within EdTech, cybersecurity or developer tooling.
  • Familiarity with SQL or product analytics beyond standard dashboarding.
