Job Description
- Plan and manage medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
- Responsible for the overall delivery of assigned projects, ensuring smooth resource planning and management across various projects within the respective sub-portfolio, where applicable
- Adhere to established project management methodologies, including standards for governance, documentation, reporting, and project data management
- Track progress towards project goals/milestones and provide regular status updates to all internal and external stakeholders
- Implement project activities through resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination in line with the project management plan
- Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and principals to address needs, risks, concerns, and expectations during project planning and execution
- Establish, maintain, and manage communication with all internal and external stakeholders in an effective and collaborative manner
- Identify, maintain, and provide mitigation or action plans for project risks and issues, ensuring timely follow-up where required
- Evaluate and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and other project activities to support effective project delivery
- Update domain and project management knowledge through available learning opportunities
- Provide inputs to improve existing project management practices within the organization
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across project execution, coordination, governance, and delivery practices
Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- 05+ years of overall professional experience, preferably including experience as a Project Assistant or Project Management Intern
- Exposure to small-scale project environments with hands-on involvement in project leadership, coordination and execution support
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence and quality project outcomes
- Strong behavioral competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, accountability, and time management
- Completion of project management-related training or certifications will be considered an advantage
