Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Buymie team and help turn data into meaningful insights that support better business and operational decisions.

In this role, you will work with data across customers, shoppers, orders, deliveries, operations, and product performance. You will analyze trends, identify opportunities and issues, build reports and dashboards, and work closely with different teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from different business and operational sources.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Analyze orders, customers, shoppers, deliveries, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor key business and operational KPIs and highlight significant changes or potential issues.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Shopper, Engineering, and Management teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and analyses.
• Support the development and improvement of data models, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving data-driven processes and overall data literacy across the organization.

Your profile

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of business and operational KPIs and data analysis methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Python or another programming language for data analysis is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce, technology, logistics, marketplace, or delivery businesses is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional Agile environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
