RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management

Develop complex innovations of critical products or services, running pilots and testing through fast-paced launches, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders and external partners.

◆ Project Management

Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.

◆ Project Planning

Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project management framework.

◆ Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution

Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.

◆ Databases Installation

Install and test complex databases and associated products to ensure they are suitable for use and meet customer requirements.

◆ Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be"

Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.

◆ Work Scheduling and Allocation

Develop short- or medium-term work schedules in order to achieve planned commitments. Approve overtime or use additional resources as needed.

◆ Operational Compliance

Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. OR Identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.

◆ Digital Vision and Strategy

Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.

Develop and design content for training and development programs in digital to fill gaps in established programs; run customized training and development programs in digital.
