Eaton’s Ankara plant is a key part of our global operations, supporting innovative solutions in power management. The site plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products and financial excellence, working closely with international teams across regions.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and ensure strong compliance across accounting processes.

  • Contribute to the effective execution of daily accounting operations
  • Support timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, SOX, and internal control requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate, well-supported balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support preparation of financial reports in line with US GAAP, corporate guidelines, and local regulations
  • Perform analytical reviews of high-risk GL accounts and key transactions
  • Support statutory reporting and internal/external audits
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval for manual journal entries
  • Support CAPEX planning and analysis across assigned ledgers
  • Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Controllership organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting is a must
  • Previous experience in a multinational company would be a plus

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of tax regulations and statutory requirements
  • Fluent in Turkish and good knowledge of English language is a must
