Were are looking for a Senior Checkout & Payments Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will lead shopper checkout experience and payments-related products and services that sit at the heart of Global-e's value proposition - converting international shoppers and enabling merchants to grow cross-border revenue.
You will develop key product initiatives across checkout and payments, partner closely with engineering, design, professional services, operations, and commercial teams, and guide solutions from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization - balancing conversion, localisation, compliance, and business growth.
Description:
- End-to-end shopper checkout experience - from cart entry through address, shipping selection, payment presentation, and order confirmation - optimising for conversion, clarity, and trust
- Checkout & Payments product initiatives, conversion, rollouts and merchant adoption
- Checkout UX initiatives that reduce friction: address forms, validation, error handling, mobile layouts, accessibility, and trust surfaces
- Merchant-configurable and brandable checkout capabilities (layout, theming, fields, payment-method presentation) so enterprise customization becomes productized rather than one-off engineering
- Partnership with enterprise merchants, Professional Services, and GTM to turn high-touch requirements into reusable checkout capabilities
- Localization of the checkout experience and payment methods across markets - including language, local UX patterns, and market-specific address and payment presentation
- Strong knowledge of online payment processing systems, technologies, and industry standards (including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and tokenization), and familiarity with credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and emerging payment trends
- AI driven product requirements, detailed specifications, and AI agent based delivery with engineering - from ideation to launch, including UAT and iteration based on customer feedback and data
- Checkout and payments KPIs (conversion, step drop-off, time-to-complete, error rates, payment performance) and use of experimentation / funnel analytics to priorities the roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with e-Commerce, funnel conversion, Fintech, Payments - Must
- B2B / B2B2C SaaS experience - Must
- Proven track record of handling large, complex features while remaining detail-oriented and accurate
- Technical degree in computer science / engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong understanding of funnel, technologies, and customer experience principles
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing relevant tools and techniques such as Mixpanel
- Proven experience using AI tools across the PDLC - including AI agents, skills, and agentic workflows - to improve product discovery, research, writing, prioritization, and delivery
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Hebrew
