Company Overview
Spry Methods is a proven provider of mission-focused technology, cybersecurity, and program management solutions supporting critical Federal and DoD missions. We specialize in delivering integrated, high-impact solutions across cyber operations, enterprise resource management, and mission support services. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation - empowering our teams to deliver meaningful outcomes in complex, high-security environments.
Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Would you rather reconcile last quarter, or shape where a Marine Corps portfolio's money goes next? Supporting PM MAGTF C2 financial management across the full PPBE cycle, you will drive daily and weekly execution reporting, generate Funding Action Requests in DAI, and produce the variance and cost-benefit analyses that inform POM decisions. Three senior analysts will own this together, so there is real depth to the bench and real room to specialize. We back senior people with the access and authority to actually fix the numbers.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
• Support daily and weekly MAGTF C2 financial execution and provide execution reports with analysis of all changes.
• Generate Funding Action Requests (FARs) and process them through the DAI iProcurement module; track budget execution against the Budget Plan and OSD execution benchmarks.
• Perform financial, cost, and budget formulation analysis for POM planning — variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and funding shortfall assessment.
• Deliver audit, ad hoc, and RFI reporting, including reconciliation of dormant and abnormal accounts, often on short turnaround.
• Analyze fiscal year closeout and startup procedures and recommend improvements to the Government.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
• Demonstrated history of delivering DoD financial execution and budget analysis — 12 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
• Hands-on experience with DoD financial systems — DAI, PIEE, Cerberus, or equivalents.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior USMC or Navy program office financial management support.
• Experience supporting PPBE and POM build cycles end to end.
• Audit readiness or abnormal account reconciliation background.
• Calm under a same-day RFI — this role gets them.
