About this Position
The PSRA Specialist is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the successful registration, maintenance, and commercialization of cosmetic products across Latin America.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external authorities to manage product registrations, regulatory submissions, label compliance, and post-approval changes.
The position plays a key role in enabling business growth by ensuring products meet applicable regulatory requirements while supporting innovation, portfolio expansion, and operational excellence.
What you´ll do
- Manage the preparation, submission, and maintenance of cosmetic product registrations and notifications across LATAM markets.
- Coordinate regulatory activities to support new product launches, reformulations, line extensions, renewals, and product discontinuations.
- Review and assess product formulas, claims, artwork, labels, to ensure compliance with LATAM region regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regulatory documentation, technical dossiers, certificates, and supporting data required by health authorities, and databases
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support implementation of regulatory projects related to compliance improvements, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization.
- Ensure timely communication of regulatory risks, opportunities, and project status to stakeholders.

- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry Sciences or a related scientific field.
Professional Experience: 6 - 12 months of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, or Compliance within the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or related industries.
- Experience managing product registrations and regulatory submissions across multiple Latin American countries.
- Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, labeling requirements, and product compliance processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cosmetic regulatory frameworks and product lifecycle management.
Experience reviewing product formulas, claims substantiation, artwork, and labeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience with regulatory databases and document management systems is preferred.
- Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business actions.
