Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

The underlying objective of this role is to provide national support to all business lines and areas of the business, including Sleep, Oxygen and Diabetes. The role will particularly focus on successful implementation and timely delivery of various projects and initiatives. This includes assisting with project management tasks, conducting research and analysis, preparing essential documentation and reports for stakeholders.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Lead, manage, and report on key projects and operational functions within the Home Healthcare division 

Assist with project implementation and monitor progress/milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare documentation, reports and presentations

Contribute to internal reporting for CX/Operations, including preparing Project Summary and detailing

Identify and drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

Develop and formalise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical operational tasks in Aodocs

Champion the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook) and, identify workflow opportunities to increase usage toward defined targets

Manage technology-focused projects, such as data integration, PowerBI, monday.com, Radaro 

Act as a key liaison to resolve staff issues related to operational systems 

Actively engage in and promote a productive and positive team environment.

Analyse relevant data for anomalies, trends and opportunities of improvement and proactively take steps of process improvement.

Produce and provide various monthly KPI and Business review reports.

Define mid and long-term strategy to improve internal and external customer experience and competitiveness through digitalisation and better customer experiences.

Other duties as delegated by the direct manager.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • High level competency in use of spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills and proficiency in Google Suite applications.
