Established in 1966, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body that promotes, assists and develops Hong Kong’s trade, with the support of our 51 offices worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Creative Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide graphic design for TDC trade fairs, oversea pavilion, mission, other council related events and marketing materials
  • Responsible for brand development strategy on all council related projects
  • Handle specific design projects, branding, artwork production preparation for events & trade fair
  • Liaise with difference department on design requirements
  • Cooperate with 3D designers / DO colleagues on the creative workflow system for assigned projects.
  • Keep good quality control and improve cost-efficiency on all projects with suppliers.
  • Provide assistance for on-site setup and preparations

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience in graphic design and branding design is required. Non-degree holder with stronger experience will also be considered
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere, Midjourney, OpenArt or Ai related software
  • A creative team player with strong sense of planning and good vendor relationship skills.
  • Strong design sense and able to work independently or in a team to meet tight project deadlines.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Responsible and self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timeliness.
  • Good skills in using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
