Benefits
Full description
What you'll do
We are hiring a Marketing Data Analyst / CRO to own marketing analytics, reporting and conversion rate optimisation at CoVet. You will report to the Product Marketing Manager and work closely with the performance marketing, lifecycle and product teams.
This is a hands-on role for an analyst who enjoys both the data and the decisions it drives. You will build reliable reporting, find where the funnel leaks, and run the tests that improve conversion from first visit to first record to paying subscription.
You will:
- own marketing reporting and dashboards, so teams can see funnel performance by market, channel and source
- analyse the full funnel from visit to sign-up, activation, subscription and retention, and find where conversion is lost
- design, run and read A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding and email
- improve attribution and measurement across paid channels, the website and the CRM
- build and maintain cost, conversion and cohort analyses by market, replacing estimates with measured figures
- turn findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for marketing, product and leadership
- keep data definitions consistent, documented and trusted across teams
Cross-functional collaboration
This role will work closely with:
- Product Marketing: to improve activation and onboarding, and to prioritise conversion work
- Performance Marketing and Lifecycle: to measure channels and campaigns, and to design tests
- Product and Engineering: to instrument events, ship experiments and understand in-app behaviour
- RevOps, Sales and Enterprise: to align on lead and pipeline definitions and CRM data
- Leadership: to supply the numbers behind planning and board reporting
What success looks like
In this role, success means conversion improves at every stage of the funnel, and the business can see why. It means reporting people trust, tests that give clear answers, and decisions made faster because the data is ready.
You should expect to be measured on conversion and activation gains, the number and quality of tests run, the reliability of reporting, and the impact of your recommendations.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- an experienced analyst in a marketing, growth or product analytics role
- strong in SQL, and comfortable working in a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery
- skilled at building dashboards in Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau or similar
- experienced in designing and analysing experiments, with a sound grasp of statistical significance
- familiar with web and product analytics, tagging, UTM tracking and attribution
- able to explain findings plainly to non-analysts and recommend what to do next
- organised, self-directed and comfortable handling requests from several teams
Preferred experience
- SaaS with a self-serve or product-led funnel
- CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO or similar, and landing page builders
- HubSpot or another CRM as a reporting source
- Python or R for analysis
- multi-market or multi-language businesses
Why this role matters
This role gives CoVet clear visibility of what drives growth. Every point of conversion this role recovers means more customers from the same spend, and faster, more confident decisions across marketing.
