Full description

We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support reporting, data analysis and process improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and run daily, weekly & monthly reports
  • Extract and validate data from systems such as ATS & Cognos
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies in Excel
  • Identify and flag process deviations
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and insights for internal stakeholders

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar role
  • Good Excel skills, including basic VBA knowledge
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Good level of English
