As a high-volume business, processing significant traffic and transaction volume, we are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences that solve real problems and drive measurable business outcomes across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
UX Research & Strategy:
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Define and document user personas, journey maps, and behavioral data insights.
Interface Design:
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with precision.
- Participate in Agile processes, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Validate design decisions with data and iterate based on feedback from real users
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, in tech or startup environments.
- Experience working at a B2C company is required.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile apps (flows, systems, dashboards, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel for product analytics and user behavior analysis.
- Ability to turn designs into functional code using tools such as Claude Code.
- Proficiency in translating designs into functional code using AI development tools such as Claude Code.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam.
- Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies.
- Ability to conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design strategy.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Experience working with or creating design systems and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries- Advantage
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)- Advantage
