As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes and drive value. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement Salesforce technologies, confirming seamless integration and functionality.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them navigate complex situations and grow their personal brand. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in this role. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow and refine your skills.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and integrations to enhance client support capabilities - Developing and managing project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce solutions - Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Apex to customize and optimize business applications - Conducting business process modeling to align Salesforce solutions with client needs - Implementing technology integration strategies to streamline enterprise software systems - Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and innovation - Creating and maintaining training materials to facilitate user adoption and system proficiency - Collaborating with teams to develop innovative designs and emerging technology solutions - Analyzing business systems to identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement - Engaging in requirements elicitation to define project scope and deliverables

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges - Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration - Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities - Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting environments
