Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Territory Sales Manager.
What you will need
- Knowledge of HVAC/appliance equipment and equipment functions.
- Knowledge of A2L and an understanding of the transition to A2L (low-flammability) refrigerants.
- Knowledge of codes and laws regarding HVAC/appliance installations in all areas.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written English language skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college recommended.
- EPA Certification.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
How you will make an Impact
- Enter all install orders and track their progress within the system.
- Ensure accurate monitoring of all install orders for designated areas.
- Coordinate installation schedules with internal teams.
- Supervise and optimize workflow to identify and address any slowdowns, enhancing overall installation efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with all teams, providing field training alongside TSMs (Territory Sales Managers) and gathering customer requirements through service interactions or installations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Install Team, TSMs, and installers in each market.
- Seek qualified installers to provide coverage and support in the markets where we operate.
- Manage TSM's and their install projects.
- Work closely with vendors and upper management such as VP’s and RVP’s.
