  • Work with communication interfaces and protocols such as Modbus, CANbus, BLE, MQTT, and LTE
  • Plan, execute, and document software and system testing, debugging, and validation activities
  • Troubleshoot issues on prototypes and products, both in laboratory environments and in the field
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to embedded software and product functionality

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Professional experience in embedded software development
  • Strong programming skills in C and/or C++
  • Hands-on experience developing firmware for microcontrollers or other embedded platforms
  • Experience working with RTOS concepts, preferably FreeRTOS
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Meritorious experience includes:

  • Product development within a highly regulated industry, especially medical devices
  • Experience with ESP32 and the Espressif development ecosystem
  • Experience with embedded communication protocols, particularly BLE and Modbus/CANbus
  • Experience with motor control, vehicle control systems, or electric mobility products
  • Experience collaborating with manufacturing or production teams

As a person, you are curious, practical, and eager to understand how things work. You enjoy turning ideas into reliable products and feel comfortable working at the intersection of software, hardware, and hands-on testing. You take ownership of your work, approach challenges in a structured way, and are able to work independently when needed. At the same time, you value collaboration and enjoy working closely with colleagues across different functions. You are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture and are motivated by seeing your work have a positive impact on people's lives.

Your future team and workplace
