Role purpose: Establish and maintain security controls across the Group's cloud environments and support secure cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud security architecture, controls and guardrails.
- Assess cloud configurations against security standards and best practices.
- Monitor cloud security posture, vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
- Implement identity, network, workload, data and logging security controls in cloud environments.
- Support cloud security reviews for new projects and migrations.
- Work with DevOps and technology teams to remediate cloud security risks.
- Support cloud incident investigation and containment.
- Maintain cloud security standards, baselines and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage and should align with the specific role.
- Demonstrable practical experience relevant to the position.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate in a regulated, technology-driven and multi-business environment.
Preferred / Added Advantage Certifications
- CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional
- AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
- CKS – Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (advantage)
