Benefits
Full description
An exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading company in the nonprofit software market.
At Enthuse, we’re on a mission to transform digital fundraising by building the technology that empowers great causes. Our donations, event registration, and fundraising platform helps thousands of charities raise millions.
Launched in 2012, we’ve come a long way — we’ve grown the team to over 70 people and now serve thousands of charities. Enthuse is headquartered in London, with operations in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. What's more, Enthuse is the official online fundraising partner for London Marathon Events and Great Run. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you’ll pioneer the development of innovative software solutions that align with our company's goals — and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact.
As our Product Manager you’ll work across the full Enthuse stack; donations, event registration, fundraiser experience, charity admin and everything in between. No pigeon-holing: you’ll go where the biggest business problems are. You’ll take stakeholder requirements and turn them into sharp, business-led bets, pair closely with Engineering, Design and Data, and make fast, decisive calls about what we build, what we don’t, and why.
We’re looking for someone who is allergic to the feature factory. You don’t ship features because they were asked for; you ship them because they move Enthuse’s unique business KPIs. You’re commercially minded, great with people, and genuinely AI-native, you know its strengths for assistance and its weaknesses.
We believe productivity is no longer the bottleneck, clarity of vision is. We want a PM who can prototype an idea with AI before the meeting, not write a 12-page PRD after it.
How you’ll contribute
- Own outcomes, not outputs. Frame every bet in terms of the metrics that move the business; tipping, Gift Aid uptake, churn, retention, conversion, and be ruthless about killing work that doesn’t.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into business-led product decisions. Listen deeply to charities, partners and internal teams; filter aggressively; and come back with a clear point of view.
- Prototype to think. Use Gen AI tools to mock up ideas, test flows, and bring something tangible to discussions rather than a deck.
- Make decisions quickly and decisively and be willing to change your mind just as fast when the data or the user tells you to.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Data across the full stack, working with teams building on a modern TypeScript, event-driven, edge-first platform.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with warmth and directness, from charity partners to internal leaders, and be the person they want in the room.
- Support the Senior Product Manager in shaping the strategy and roadmap, bringing your own ideas and evidence to the table rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Champion data-informed decision-making, working with our Analytics Engineer and Data Analyst to turn numbers into “so what, now what”.
About you
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent e.g. Associate PM, Product Analyst stepping up) in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
- Business-led instincts. You reach for the retention curve or the conversion funnel before the feature list. Domain experience in fintech, payments or nonprofit is a nice-to-have, not a must.
- Genuinely AI-native. You can show real, concrete examples of how you use Gen AI to prototype ideas, stress-test decisions, compress discovery cycles, and bring ideas to life fast. This is non-negotiable.
- Good with people. You build trust with stakeholders quickly, and people leave conversations with you feeling heard and clearer on what happens next.
- Decisive. You’re comfortable making calls with incomplete information, explaining your reasoning, and owning the outcome and equally comfortable asking for help when you need it.
- Strong communicator who can move fluently between a charity support conversation, an engineering whiteboard session, and an internal update.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by a small team in a scale-up environment where you’ll have real autonomy and real impact.
- Curious about the tech. You don’t need to code, but you want to understand how an event-driven, edge-deployed platform shapes what’s cheap, expensive, fast or slow to build.
- Hungry to grow. You’re early in your product career and want to learn from a Senior PM and a cross-functional team that will push you.
What you’ll get
- We celebrate together with an early Friday finish with optional team drinks, team incentives, and a variety of company socials
- We believe work-life balance matters and have flexible hours, working from home, and support part-time work
- We believe in giving back and give you one paid day to fundraise for a charity of your choice
- We want you to travel well with the Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and a London-based office
- We will support your journey through our learning and development program with an allowance for training each year and Personal Development Plans, as well as a mentor program that offers structured support from senior team members
- Holiday allowance: 25 days holiday and bank holidays (33 in total). We increase holidays based on length of service, so for every year you’re with us, you’ll get an additional day’s holiday up to 28 days. We also offer an additional 5 days of unpaid holiday
- Your birthday off!
- 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years at Enthuse
- Enthuse Wings! Work from abroad for up to 4 weeks of the year!
- We offer a generous equity options scheme at a fast-growing, stable company backed by socially responsible investors. We give back to all our employees who get us closer to achieving our mission
- Private health insurance coverage
- Places for Races, as partners of London Marathon Events and Great Run, we get access to a number of participant places for major fundraising events. So if you're a keen runner, swimmer or cyclist - you could be in luck
Come as you are. Love what you do.
At Enthuse, we want to create a positive impact on a global scale. And to do that we know that the people at Enthuse have to reflect all global lives and identities.
We work flexible hours, we support remote working, and if that doesn’t quite work, we will definitely listen to what will. We’re striving to create a place where all feel valued and welcome — and would love to hear how we could do that for you.
No matter what your background, identity, or even if your experience doesn’t exactly match — we’d love to hear from you!
