Full description
About WizCommerce
WizCommerce is an AI commerce platform for wholesale businesses, covering B2B ecommerce, sales rep ordering, AI order entry, payments and product photography, with ERP integrations. Our customers are mainly US-based wholesale brands.
About the role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of product, sales and the market. This is not a creatives-only role. You'll own the research that shapes how we position WizCommerce, turn it into clear messaging, and make sure it shows up in every launch, sales conversation and piece of content. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and the wider Marketing team, and report into Marketing leadership.
What you'll do
- Run customer interviews, win/loss analysis and surveys to understand why wholesale buyers choose or don't choose WizCommerce. Track competitors and the wider B2B commerce landscape, turning findings into clear takeaways for Product and Sales.
- Build and maintain ideal customer profiles and buyer personas across our core verticals.
- Own positioning and messaging for WizCommerce and each product line, keeping it consistent across the website, sales decks and campaigns.
- Plan and run go-to-market for new products and features, including launch tiers, timelines and success metrics. Measure launch impact and share learnings.
- Create battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and objection-handling guides. Train Sales and Customer Success on launches, positioning and competitors.
- Brief and review creatives, landing pages, product videos and campaign assets with Design and Content. Write or guide core product content, including web pages, release notes and customer stories.
- Use AI tools to speed up research and content work while keeping the thinking your own.
What we're looking for
- 4-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- A track record of running customer and market research and turning it into positioning that sales teams actually use
- Experience owning at least one product or feature launch end to end
- Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex products simply
- Comfort with data, including win/loss trends, funnel metrics and launch performance
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams
- Hands-on use of AI tools in research, analysis or content workflows
