Reports to: Head of Technology

We are looking for a BI Analyst & Project Manager to join our Information Systems department. This dynamic role combines data analysis, building BI solutions using AI tools, and managing cross-functional technology projects.

We are seeking a hands-on professional with strong analytical thinking and execution skills, who can understand business needs, define KPIs, and independently build BI solutions while leading projects and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement BI solutions and dashboards using AI tools.
  • Analyze business processes, define KPIs, metrics, and calculation logic.
  • Build data models, calculations, and data processing workflows for reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Develop BI solutions for sales, finance, and operations.
  • Lead cross-functional technology projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and progress monitoring.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technical teams and lead the implementation of new systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AI tools and information systems.



Requirements

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense – Must.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, BI development, or information systems – required.
  • Ability to design and build KPIs, calculations, and business logic.
  • Experience managing or leading technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of data models, data sources, and data processing workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive projects forward.
  • Experience with financial reports, financial data analysis, and financial KPIs – advantage.
  • Experience using AI tools for solution development, data analysis, and automation – advantage.

Role Structure: Approximately 50% hands-on BI development and solution building, combined with technology project management and execution, in a hybrid work environment.
