Position – Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce

Exp- 4-6 Years

Location- Prestige Technostar, Brookefield, Bangalore

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1: Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable jobs, and LWCs

2: Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and custom configurations

3: Implement Digital Engagement features: Enhanced Chat, Messaging channels and Knowledge management

4: Configure Omni Channel routing in Service Cloud
