Senior Product Manager - Data AI Services

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team, focusing on AI workloads and AI operations tools. In this role, you'll drive the AI capabilities customers use to operate enterprise storage and to build AI data services, taking the product from definition through GA and measuring its success.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AIOps and AI-data-readiness strategy and roadmap, inbound and outbound, informed by where the market and the technology are moving
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers and Fortune 500 accounts, and work with the field and sales teams to turn what you learn into product and feature decisions
• Oversee deployment models considering cost, data governance, privacy, and compliance
• Take the product from PRD to GA with R&D, QA, Support, and Operations. Win the commitment of the executive team, Sales, and Marketing
• Measures for success: adoption, customer impact, and business outcome
• Be the subject-matter expert on AIOps: lead the conversation about this product with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in IT (Data Centers) and mission-critical production environments
• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of proven experience defining and shipping AI-based products, including hands-on work with RAG, LLMs, MCP, data classification, and model economics
• Presentation skills that hold a room of senior customers and executives, and the ability to lead that conversation to a decision.
• Familiarity with the GPU data path and where storage sits in it: GPUDirect Storage and cuFile, RDMA fabrics, KV cache offload and tiering for inference (Dynamo, NIXL)
• Comfort operating with high ambiguity. You can define a product line where the roadmap, the buyer, and the success metric are not yet settled, and you make progress without waiting for them to be handed to you

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AIOps platforms and operational analytics
• Commercial judgment. Fluency in pricing, margin structure, and the economic case for what you build
• Product management experience in cloud and SaaS environments
• Background in a pre-sales or field technical role in IT or storage (solution architect, systems engineer, technical advisor), with direct exposure to customer challenges and decision-making
