We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our Industrial Operations solutions within the Industrial Work Surface (IWS) team.
The Opportunity
As Product Manager – Industrial Operations, you will work at the intersection of technology, industrial operations, and customer needs.
Industrial Operations is the day-to-day execution and optimization of industrial facilities such as offshore platforms, refineries, power plants, manufacturing sites, and process industries. It involves monitoring performance, managing production, coordinating operational activities, responding to deviations, and making decisions that maximize safety, reliability, efficiency, and output.
For Falkor's Industrial Work Surface, Industrial Operations typically includes:
- Performance monitoring
- Production optimization
- Operator workflows
- Shift handovers and reporting
- Operational task execution

You will collaborate closely with customers, engineers, designers, and domain experts to develop solutions that help industrial organizations improve operational performance, streamline workflows, increase visibility, and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Industrial Operations solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and domain teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Lead product discovery, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance data to guide decision-making.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, customer engagements, and product launches.
- Ensure products deliver measurable customer value and outstanding user experiences.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar product leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering successful B2B software products from concept through launch and growth.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred
- MSc or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience within Energy, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Process Industries.
- Experience with Digital Twins, Industrial IoT, Asset Performance Management, Operational Technology (OT), MES, or industrial software platforms.
- Experience applying analytics, AI, or data-driven decision-support technologies in industrial environments.
