Project Manager – E-commerce Shopify || Dehradun

Job Title: Project Manager – Shopify Department: E-commerce / Technology Experience: 7+ years  

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Shopify to plan, manage, and deliver Shopify e-commerce projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills along with a good understanding of Shopify development, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Shopify projects, including new store development, redesigns, migrations, and feature enhancements.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate with Shopify developers, designers, QA, content, SEO, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines, and status reports.

• Communicate with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.

• Manage project priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

• Coordinate Shopify theme development and customization.

• Oversee integration of Shopify apps, payment gateways, third-party tools, APIs, and other e-commerce solutions.

• Work closely with the technical team on Shopify Liquid, APIs, integrations, and custom functionality.

• Ensure proper QA, UAT, bug resolution, and successful project deployment.

• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 + years of experience in project management, preferably in Shopify / e-commerce projects.

• Strong understanding of Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystems.

• Good understanding of Shopify themes, Liquid, apps, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Experience managing website development and e-commerce projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
